April Clark is joining Snipe Academy’s long list of pro coaches. Clarky is fresh off a very successful 2018/19 season with the Western Mustangs. The St. Mary’s native won the U Sports goal scoring and OUA scoring title helping her lock up league MVP, Forward of the Year, 1st Team All-Star and 1st Team All-Canadian honours. She was also named Westerns Female Athlete of the Year. Prior to this season Clark also led the Mustangs 2017-2018 team to an OUA championship as well as a National Championship runner-up where she was was top 5 in scoring and earned 2nd team All-Star honours. April now enters her 5th and final year of eligibility with the Mustangs while she continues her study for a Bachelor of Nursing Degree. April has also spent her last 2 summers playing with the USports All Star team at the Canadien National Development camp in Calgary.
