Defence Versus Forwards

This program includes five one-hour sessions designed to build position-specific skills and compete at a higher level. Each skate features focused positional training for forwards or defensemen, helping players develop techniques, strategies, and habits that translate directly into game situations, along with dedicated 1-on-1 drill time where athletes receive personalized coaching to refine skills and improve decision-making on the ice.

High-Intensity Preseason Skills

This on-ice program runs in a high-intensity format, emphasizing targeted skill development through high repetition and consistent engagement to prepare players for the season ahead. The focus includes small group correction, edges and skating, stickhandling and puck skills, and puck protection.
