We are really excited to partner with Our Neighbours and Present to you the Oxford Dodge Rink (#ODR)

Our #ODR is a community driven project to welcome the new era of skill development mixed with the basic fundamentals of the game all while remembering our Grassroots love of hockey.

Snipe Academy will be offering our Project Ice skill training on our #ODR. Shooting , skating puck skills and goalie training all done with professional, and dedicated coaches that care.

In addition to our obvious skill development we will be offering 3 on 3 small area hockey. Team rentals will be the foundation but we will welcome private rentals for kids and adult hockey. We will also be providing Drop in 3 on 3 games where we will guarantee goalies and 3 on 3 one day tourneys.

ODR Skills

Our ODR allows us to bring our Project Ice program to our Headquarters facility. During these sessions we run sessions focusing on skating, stick-handling shooting and the finer details of the game. Sessions are ran seasonly.

ODR Threes

Threes is our take on small area games. The reason we built the #ODR. As much as we believe in our development system, there is no better development than playing the game in small spaces. Pylons are great. But they don’t take your puck. Hockey Canada and USA hockey changed their programming based on this. Well….. why does it need to end there. We got you.

Our 3 on 3 hockey at Snipe Academy of London is a fast-paced, small-area format that emphasizes skill, creativity, and teamwork. Played on a condensed rink, this format intensifies the action, creating more scoring opportunities and encouraging quick decision-making on the ice. The reduced player numbers per team foster a high-energy, competitive environment that mirrors real-game situations.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT

Small Group Training sessions, where personalized attention and purposeful drills take center stage. These intimate settings allow our dedicated instructors to focus not only on refining individual shooting techniques but also on enhancing passing precision and stickhandling finesse. Whether perfecting the art of accurate passes or mastering intricate stickhandling maneuvers, our Small Group Training ensures that participants receive tailored guidance to excel in these fundamental aspects of the game.
