2017/2018/2019 POWER SKATING DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Snipe Academy of London is excited to offer our Power Skating Development Program for players born in 2017, 2018, and 2019.

This program is designed to help players build stronger skating habits through structured progressions focused on:

• Edge control and turning
• Forward and backward acceleration
• Change of direction
• Upper-body control
• Game-transferable skating skills

Players will work on improving their ability to accelerate, transition, create separation, win puck races, and move more confidently under pressure.

Location: London Sports Park
Day/Time: Mondays at 4:45 PM

Session 1: July 6, July 13, July 20, July 27
Session 2: August 3, August 10, August 17, August 24, August 31

Full Program Registration ksigned for 2014, 2015, and 2016 players and focuses on key skating habits that transfer directly into game situations, including:

• Edge control and turning
• Forward and backward acceleration
• Change of direction
• Upper-body control

Players will work through structured skating progressions to help improve face-off starts, puck races, small-area battles and escapes, quicker transitions, and separation from opponents under pressure.
