Our Team Training Sessions provide a high-intensity, structured environment focused on shooting, puck skills, and athletic development—tailored to your team’s needs.

Each athlete receives 90 minutes of training:

45 min – Shooting & Puck Skills

• Technical correction & proper structure
• High-rep shooting + puck skills
• Consistent improvement

45 min – Dryland & RapidShot

• Agility, conditioning, footwork
• Hand-eye coordination + stickhandling
• Exclusive RapidShot training + feedback

Price: $375 + tax per session
