Keegan Knight Power Skating Tuesdays | (2012–2013-2014)

These high-energy sessions will help players build stronger strides, refine mechanics, and sharpen their skating performance. Training will focus on: Forward & Backward Acceleration, Effective Crossover Patterns, Posture & Upper Body Control, Stride Mechanics.

Location: Farquharson Arena
Time: Tuesdays, 5:00–6:00 PM
Eligible Birth Years: 2012, 2013, 2014


Winter Program – 13 Weeks
Dec 30th-Feb 10th (7 Weeks)
Feb 17th-Mar 24th (6 Weeks)


Pricing
Full Program (13 weeks): $625 + HST
